Life Energy Makeover™ Life Energy Coaching's signature program is its Life Energy Makeover™ service, a very fast and effective way to transform all your major relationships, and experience much higher levels of self-love, love for others, self-respect, respect from others, prosperity, peace and joy. Life Energy Makeover™ usually involves 7-9 sessions, the first of which runs for 2 hours, and the others 1 hour each. The first session addresses the main issues from the relationships with your primary caregivers during childhood. Perhaps these are your mother and father, perhaps other guardians. In either case, these relationships have had the most influence in creating the subconscious programming that creates what you experience today. You will talk about the main issues you had in these relationships from as early as you can remember. At the end of discussing each relationship, Shirley will take you through a powerful, proprietary 3-step process designed to deeply release related negative consciousness from 3 areas of your subconscious mind.
