CEO Coaching

The energy of the CEO affects the energy and performance of the entire business.  All fears and other negative consciousness the CEO has in his/her subconsciously held memories flow throughout the organization.

When a business is under-performing, it is standard business practice for the CEO to be replaced.  Business Makeovers make this no longer necessary in many cases, allowing costly severance payouts to be avoided, and preventing lost opportunities as a new CEO learns the business.

CEO Coaching identifies and releases the subconsciously held thought patterns that are negatively affecting the CEO's performance.  It then identifies other patterns that, once released, allow his/her performance to soar to a much higher level than he/she has previously achieved.

CEO Coaching sessions typically run for 2 hours each, and there are 12 sessions in this process.  CEOs will start to see the effects of each sessions immediately, as negative patterns dissolve once the negative thought patterns that attracted them have been released.

CEOs will also notice that their energy influences their organization with increasing strength as successive sessions are completed.  This reflects the release of subconscious thought patterns that were previously in conflict with his/her conscious intentions for the business.

The greater the focus of the CEO and team on a business's goals, the faster they will be achieved.
